Review of AmaNubia deck 2 (Lotus-Cabins-Lobby-Lounge)

The ship’s Atrium Lobby is a 2-deck-high midship area with an open-floor design and a grand staircase. The Lobby area has Reception (guest services desk for information and assistance), Excursions & Tours Director Desk (daily program’s activities information), Public Restrooms.

The Lounge & Bar (indoor seating arrangement) is an Observation Lounge served by its own bar, and featuring classy furniture and plenty of seating area with comfortable sofas, chairs, and small tables. It has panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The lounge also hosts Egypt tours/culture/history related lectures and talks led by a professional Egyptologist. The onboard multimedia presentations are all Egypt-themed: dynasties and treasures, building techniques, hieroglyphics, archaeology (excavations), Egyptian keywords, and phrases (language basics).

The Lark Lounge & Bar serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, with a variety of specialty cocktails and a selection of wines.

Boutique Shop in the Atrium sells Egyptian souvenirs and gifts, books and magazines, stamps and postcards, Egypt archaeology themed (itinerary-based) videos, luxury jewellery (18-carat gold and silver items).

Cruise cabins on Lotus Deck include Lotus Suites (2x, 430 ft2), and the rest are French Balcony cabins in category CC (215 ft2).

One Lift (passenger elevator) and a staircase interconnect decks 1-4. Access to the Sundeck is stairs-only.
