Baie de Seine ferry deck plans

MV Baie de Seine ferry was launched in 2001 and is operated by BRITTANY FERRIES. The ship offers the following main facilities:

• La Restaurant (Le Formule, self-service/buffet restaurant on Deck 8, offering hot and cold meals)
• Le Cafe (on Deck 7 – serves sandwiches, cakes, pastries, hot and cold drinks, with flat-screen TVs)
• Le Petit Marché (on Deck 7 – offers light bites, sandwiches, soups, salads, snacks, cakes, and healthy options)
• Kids playroom (on Deck 7; children's entertainment program available during peak season)
• Games Planet (teen lounge on Deck 8 – features video games and an air hockey table)
• Baby changing room (Deck 8); complimentary Baggage Room (Deck 6)
• Chance Planet (Deck 8 – casino lounge with slot machines)
• Reading Lounge (Deck 10)
• Le Bar (Deck 8 – offers fine French wines, cocktails, hot and cold drinks, and flat-screen TVs)
• Ample outdoor deck space
• Les Boutiques (retail shops offering gifts, souvenirs, spirits, wines, tobacco, perfumes, cosmetics, leather goods, toys, confectionery, clothing, cameras, sunglasses, jewelry); shopping promotions available

• The ship has one elevator (passenger lift) accessing all decks from Deck 6 to Deck 10.
• The Sun Deck is an outdoor area that also functions as a Helideck (helipad) – a helicopter landing platform used in emergencies.

Below is a list of safety procedures related to the car decks:

• Disabled passengers or those needing special assistance should visit the ship's Information Desk (Deck 8, open 24 hours).
• Apply the handbrake and place the vehicle in park or 1st gear. Turn off the ignition, alarm, electrical equipment, and headlights. Gas cylinders (if any) must be switched off. Lock the vehicle.
• Take only valuables and essential hand baggage with you from the vehicle.
• Note your vehicle’s location, garage deck number, and stairway before leaving the car deck.
• Access to the vehicle (cargo) decks during the voyage is prohibited.
• Smoking is not permitted on vehicle decks, in cabins, or in passenger lounges.
• Wait for the onboard announcement before returning to your vehicle.
• To avoid air pollution, do not start your engine until instructed.
