Emerald Luna deck plans

Emerald Luna (2021-built) is the ninth and newest Emerald Waterways Star-class river ship. Her sisterships include Emerald Star, Emerald Sky, Emerald Sun, Emerald Dawn, Emerald Destiny, and Emerald Astra.

Founded in 2014, Emerald Waterways is owned by the Australian company Scenic Tours. Similar to the modern Viking River Cruises longships, Emerald’s innovative designs make these vessels a strong alternative to ocean cruising. With Emerald Luna, the brand expands its choice of sailing dates and itineraries for travelers seeking all-inclusive European luxury river cruises.

The Emerald Luna deck plan includes 91 staterooms for 180 passengers, served by 51 crew and staff. Like most new European riverboats, she has 4 passenger decks and features an indoor swimming pool that transforms into a night cinema (covered with a sliding roof), a Bar Lounge, Dining Room Restaurant, Gym, Spa (massage room), Beauty Salon, passenger-use bicycles, and 1 elevator serving all 3 cabin decks.

Emerald Luna operates as an all-inclusive river ship, with the following amenities included in fares:

• gratuities (onboard and during shore excursions/tours)
• port taxes
• all transfers to and from the ship
• all shore excursions
• beverages (tea, coffee, soft drinks, bottled water) and alcoholic drinks (beer and wine by the glass at lunch and dinner)
• Wi-Fi Internet access

There is no strict dress code onboard. However, smart casual attire is recommended for dinner (jeans are acceptable, but shorts and flip-flops are not). Emerald Waterways cruises do not include formal nights.
