MS Volga (built in 1970 and last refurbished in 2015) is a Danube-class Russian river cruise ship constructed in Austria. Her sisterships are MS Dnipro (1970) and the 1979-built MS Moldavia and MS Ukraina.
MS Volga’s deck plan features a total of 84 staterooms (single-, double-, and triple-occupancy cabins), a Restaurant (Dining Room), a Music Saloon (forward Bar Lounge with an outdoor terrace), a Wellness Complex (Spa, Gym, Beauty Parlor, Sauna, Massage Room), a Library, and a Lobby area (Reception, Cruise Director, Boutique Shop). Additional public spaces include the aft-located Heckbar on Promenadendeck (with balcony seating), a Promenade Deck (outdoor walking area), and a Sun Deck (top-deck outdoor space with a sunbathing zone, retractable awnings/shaded seating, open-air bar, and heated swimming pool).
The ship has no elevator; all decks are accessible only via indoor and outdoor stairways. Smoking is permitted only on the Sun Deck and on the Lounge’s terrace.
