Review of Oceania Insignia deck 10

  • “Horizons” is a Lounge & Bar (atop, bow-ship location) indoor observation lounge served by the Horizons Bar. It has slanted floor-ceiling windows, ample seating, live entertainment, a full bar. The Horizons Lounge also serves Afternoon Tea (4pm), and becomes a nightclub in the evening.
  • Fitness Track (Power Walking/Jogging Track) circles the pool deck area (open space in the center).
  • The Library has 1000+ books (mostly in English) with many port-destination guide books and best sellers.
  • 2 bars serving the outdoor seating areas of the Toscana and Polo restaurants.
  • Toscana (portside) is a 96-seats capacity Italian fine dining restaurant (reservations-only). This diner-only venue is complimentary (at no charge) but with limited reservations per Insignia cruise. Two reservations are allowed for Concierge and above passengers, and one reservation for other cabin categories guests. The Toscana restaurant offer traditional Italian cuisine, and it’s served by Italian culinary staff.
