Regent's "Serene Spa & Wellness" facilities are serviced by "Canyon Ranch SpaClub" experts and use luxury beauty products by Red Flower (NYC-based beauty wellness brand using organic/biodegradable and biocompatible skincare and cosmetics).

The ship's wellness complex consists of 8x Treatment Rooms (for massages, therapy, facials, Reiki), Thermal Suite (Saunas, Aroma Steam Room, Cold Room (temperature 54F / 12C), Shower Room (various water treatments; lighting/audio effects like thunderstorms, waterfalls), Changing Rooms, Spa Reception, Beauty Salon (manicures, pedicures, hairdresser/barber services), Relaxation Room. Some of the Spa's features are the cocoon-inspired sophisticated design, chrysalis made of silk wrappings, central-location Swarovski crystal sculpture, marble flooring, exquisite Spa treatments (massage, skin, therapeutic). Most of the Red Flower's treatments are itinerary-based (with locally sourced ingredients).

The Serene Spa complex also has its own aft-located outdoor sundeck/terrace with a sunbathing area (padded loungers), a swimming pool (stern-facing infinity pool) and two Jacuzzies (heated spa pools). A circular staircase connects the Spa to Deck 6's Fitness Center (Gym with a separate Aerobics Studio for classes).

On Seven Seas Grandeur Regent upgraded the wellness experience by upgrading the spa menu with new treatments and equipment, including a Quartz Crystal Healing Bed and a Zero Gravity Massage Table (with 8x positions for different muscle groups). New treatments (75-min massages) include the Hot Mineral Body Boost (alleviating muscular pains) and the Poultice-Powered Muscle Release (for aching muscles). Also new is the Tahitian Hydration Ritual (75-min), but it is exclusive (only for guests staying in the Regent Suite) and offered in the Suite’s own private Spa.
