The fore-located NAVIGATION BRIDGE (aka Wheelhouse) and the adjacent Captain's Suite and officers' quarters are inaccessible to passengers.

CHARTREUSE (aft portside) is RSSC's specialty restaurant specializing in French cuisine, also serving premium cocktails with the famous Green Chartreuse liqueur. The restaurant features a classic gourmet menu, floor-to-ceiling windows, mosaic tiled floor, contemporary chairs, 2-seat tables, white leather banquets (for larger groups), a bar area with leather stools and granite-topped round tables, wine display with premium French wines from the most famous vineyards in France (Champagne, Bordeaux, Burgundy), Eiffel Tower-themed iron sculpture, art-nouveau decor. The restaurant's back portion resembles a classy dining room and an alfresco dining garden. The outdoor portion, separated from the main area by a metal lattice, also features marble flooring and a crystal chandelier. The Chartreuse Restaurant was designed by ICRAVE.

PRIME 7 (starboard) is a reservations-only dinner restaurant with an American Steakhouse menu (USDA prime beef dry-aged steaks). The restaurant's decor features rich leather wing-back chairs, polished woodwork, and warm-tone textiles. The menu begins with classic starters such as jumbo lump crab cakes, steak tartare, and clam chowder. At its centre is dry-aged beef—cuts like New York strip, porterhouse, and filet mignon—aged to enhance flavour and tenderness. For those seeking alternatives, options include applewood‑smoked salmon and Dover sole.

THE STUDY (aft-midship) is a 12-seat VIP dining room/dinner-only restaurant reserved for passengers booked in the ship's top-tier/most expensive suites. Situated between two specialty restaurants (CHARTREUSE and PRIME 7), The Study serves as a reservations-only private room and a discreet venue. The space is designed to reflect the exclusive ambiance expected aboard Regent’s vessels. Marble floors extend beneath rare paintings and prints from the ship’s extensive onboard art collection. A replica fireplace and shelves filled with intriguing artefacts contribute to the setting, while a long dining table is set with Bernardaud Or d’Azur porcelain, Riedel glassware, and ivory linen. Guests may choose between a cocktail-style gathering or a formal dining event. Meal selections are drawn from menus at the adjoining restaurants or tailored off-menu by the Senior Executive Chef, such as a regional specialty like Sicilian squid-ink pasta or homestyle slow-roasted lamb with seasonal vegetables.
