Silversea Cruises' Silver Explorer ship departed from Darwin (NT Australia) on Saturday, June 4, embarking on the first of 8 sailings in the Kimberley region for her 2022 cruise season.

Cruises on Silver Explorer in Australia's Kimberley region are nearly sold-out for this year, but the company says there are some suites available for 2023 on 10 sailings, commencing in May.

Silversea Managing Director for Asia-Pacific, Adam Radwanski said they were "so pleased to welcome the rest of the world back to Australian shores."

"The Kimberley region is amongst the most treasured in the world and we are thrilled to offer Silversea’s ultra-luxury expedition experience to our valued guests.

“Silversea recommenced global operations back in June 2021, and by June 9, 2022, our entire fleet of 10 ships will be operating once more. We have successfully welcomed guests around the world and we now look forward to unlocking the breathtaking natural wonders of the Kimberley region, where few people have been.”

Silversea is committed to meeting the "rising consumer demand for small-ship, ultra-luxury travel" with the line’s “dedication to a healthy return to service in Australian waters reflects its commitment to the region, touted as a key market for growth.”
