The Scylla-owned European river cruise company and travel brand VIVA Cruises is set to participate in the CLIA RiverView Conference 2024, scheduled to take place in Amsterdam from March 11-13. The conference serves as a platform for VIVA Cruises to showcase its latest innovations and trends in river cruising to travel agents and industry professionals.

During the conference, VIVA will present its flagship vessel VIVA ONE which will be moored in Amsterdam and open for visits throughout the 2-day event. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore the boat's 88 staterooms, including junior suites, as well as its two restaurants.

VIVA ONE (April 2022-launched) embodies the company's signature design aesthetic characterized by modern blue tones, wooden furniture, and a relaxed atmosphere.

Founded in 2018 as the in-house tour operator of Swiss shipping company Scylla AG, VIVA Cruises has experienced rapid growth and currently operates an eight-ship fleet navigating major European rivers. Among these vessels are VIVA ONE and VIVA TWO, both purpose-built by the company. VIVA Cruises is also preparing to launch its third custom-built ship, VIVA ENJOY, by the end of the year. Additionally, the company recently announced new Douro itineraries aboard the riverboat PORTO MIRANTE, set to debut in May 2025.

The CLIA RiverView Conference, now in its 12th year, will center on themes such as sustainability, innovation, new itineraries, and strategies for attracting first-time customers. VIVA Cruises, having become a European Regional Affiliate member of CLIA in 2023, looks forward to contributing to the discussions and networking opportunities at the conference.
