Four Seasons I yacht's maiden season deferred to Mediterranean, Caribbean deployment canceled

Four Seasons Yachts has deferred the inaugural voyage of its first luxury yacht, Four Seasons I, resulting in the cancellation of claims for Caribbean sailings through mid-March 2026.

Travellers booked on those itineraries were advised that voyages were shifted, and the debut will now commence with a 9-night Mediterranean voyage starting March 20th, 2026, from Málaga to Valletta.

Industry observers and affected clients note that the superyacht, constructed at Fincantieri’s Ancona yard and currently completing outfitting, faced schedule slippage—delaying previously projected sea trials and delivery timelines. The launch was initially set for late 2025.

Those whose plans were disrupted have received notably generous accommodations, reportedly surpassing customary rebooking and compensation standards. Options include rebooking on alternative voyages, full refunds, and assistance with non-refundable travel costs.
