Adora Cruises has announced revisions to its itinerary plans for the first quarter of 2026, introducing a more distinct deployment strategy for its two operating vessels, Adora Magic City and Adora Mediterranea. The line indicated that routes originally intended for Japan would be replaced with schedules emphasizing destinations in South Korea and Southeast Asia, reflecting sustained demand for regional cultural exploration.
During the first quarter, Adora Magic City will continue to operate from Shanghai, offering a series of 5-day and 6-day international sailings. The vessel will call at established ports such as Jeju, Busan, and Seoul, maintaining its focus on short-duration voyages in Northeast Asia.
Adora Mediterranea will remain based in Guangzhou, where it will operate several itineraries of similar duration, calling at major Vietnamese ports including Da Nang, Hue, and Halong Bay. The ship will also introduce medium- and long-range voyages that extend to destinations in Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Brunei.
The company currently operates two large vessels: Adora Magic City, noted as China’s first domestically built large cruise ship, and the art-themed Adora Mediterranea. A third vessel, Adora Flora City, has reached full structural completion and is expected to be delivered in 2026. Upon entering service, it is scheduled to begin international operations from Nansha, Guangzhou.
