Fincantieri has signed a contract with Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings Ltd., joint owner and operator of Four Seasons Yachts, for the construction of a third ultra-luxury hospitality vessel. The agreement further extends the long-term partnership between the two companies and reinforces Fincantieri's position in the high-end cruise and hospitality shipbuilding sector. The contract remains subject to financing and customary closing conditions, with the vessel scheduled for delivery in 2031 from the company's Ancona shipyard.

The newbuild will become the third ship in a class of ultra-luxury vessels developed by Fincantieri. The order follows the delivery of Four Seasons I earlier this year and the ongoing construction of a second sister ship, which is expected to enter service in early 2028. According to the companies, the latest contract reflects continued confidence in a concept that combines luxury hospitality with advanced shipbuilding and responds to growing demand for bespoke travel experiences at sea.

Like its predecessors, the new vessel will feature an all-suite, residential-style design. Measuring 207 metres in length and ~34,000 gross tons, it will offer spacious accommodations with expansive terraces and outdoor living areas intended to strengthen the connection between guests and the sea.

Fincantieri stated that the third order represents another milestone in its collaboration with Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings. The company noted that the expansion of the fleet demonstrates the success of a long-term industrial strategy that has established a new segment at the intersection of ultra-luxury hospitality and modern shipbuilding. It also highlighted that construction at the Ancona shipyard further confirms the facility's role as the group's centre of excellence for ultra-luxury vessel construction, combining innovation, craftsmanship and technical expertise.
