TUI Cruises has revealed the onboard culinary programme for Mein Schiff Flow, introducing a total of 14 restaurants and bistros together with 17 bars and lounges as the cruise line continues to develop the guest experience across its InTUItion-class fleet. The vessel, christened in Trieste on June 20th, is currently operating its inaugural Mediterranean season as the second ship in the series.

A central feature of the dining programme is FUGU by Tim Raue, a new speciality restaurant that combines Singaporean-inspired cuisine with immersive digital storytelling. Developed in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Tim Raue, the venue presents a five-course menu paired with wines and enhanced by digital visual presentations designed to complement the culinary experience. Raue explained that the concept was inspired by Singapore's multicultural cuisine and was created to offer guests a dining experience extending beyond a traditional restaurant setting.

The ship also introduces several new dining venues for the InTUItion class, including the French-inspired Sur Mer Bistrot and the Greek restaurant Taverna Dionysos, alongside established Mein Schiff favourites such as Atlantik Restaurant, Harbour Market, and Osteria – Pasta e Pizza. Additional speciality venues include the Scandinavian-inspired Høfde, serving fish and meat dishes, and Chalet – Restaurant & Bar, featuring contemporary Alpine cuisine. The adjacent Street Art Bar offers sushi and signature dishes created by Tim Raue.

Beyond its restaurants, Mein Schiff Flow features 17 bars and lounges, ranging from the Barista Bar, dedicated to speciality coffees, to the Captain's Bar, which offers sea views and an extensive cocktail selection. Suite guests have access to exclusive venues including the X-Lounge, X-Bar, X-Coast, and the newly introduced X-View. While reserved for Junior Suite and Suite guests during the day, X-View opens to all passengers as a speciality restaurant in the evening.

The cruise line has also expanded its premium beverage selection by introducing two exclusive Mandois champagne cuvées. Mandois Blanc and Mandois Rosé are now served in the ship's X areas, marking the first time the Hapag-Lloyd Cruises house champagne has been made available aboard a TUI Cruises vessel. The company indicated that the addition complements the broader culinary concept developed for its premium accommodation areas.

According to TUI Cruises, the new restaurants, bars and beverage programme form part of the company's ongoing investment in differentiated onboard experiences as it expands the InTUItion-class fleet.
