RSSC-Regent Seven Seas Cruises has unveiled Solmar Terrace, a new outdoor dining venue that will debut aboard its upcoming Seven Seas Prestige.

Located aft of Compass Rose on Deck 5, Solmar Terrace will operate from noon to 6 p.m. and offer a menu ranging from mezze-style appetizers and tapas to Asian-inspired small plates. Dishes are set to include Korean beef short rib, chicken or shrimp satay, teriyaki pork belly, king oyster mushroom and Japanese broiled salmon, alongside sushi and yakitori.

Solmar Terrace will be one of two new culinary venues aboard Seven Seas Prestige, joining Azure, a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises President Wesley D’Silva said the new venues would expand the choice and flexibility available within the line’s all-inclusive dining programme. He noted that Seven Seas Prestige represents the first new Regent ship class in more than a decade and will introduce additional experiences across the vessel while complementing the line’s existing collection of included specialty restaurants.

The cruise line has also provided a first look at Azure’s mezze-style menu, which incorporates influences from Europe, Africa and Asia. Featured dishes include miso-roasted eggplant, beef croquettes with piquillo peppers, Spanish-style shrimp with chili, garlic and olive oil, chilled spiced watermelon and feta salad, lobster orzo saganaki, and duck leg confit.

Seven Seas Prestige is scheduled to enter service on December 13th, 2026, with a 14-night transatlantic voyage from Barcelona to Miami. Following its arrival in South Florida, the ship will operate Eastern and Western Caribbean itineraries and Panama Canal crossings before returning to Europe in May 2027.
