Oceania Cruises has opened for sale 12 individual segments of Oceania Aurelia’s inaugural 180-day Around the World voyage in 2028, providing shorter options ranging from 10 to 19 days.
The full voyage will depart Miami in January 2028 and visit destinations across 6 continents. Among the highlights are an 18-day sailing from Los Angeles to Papeete, a 14-day voyage from Sydney to Bali and a 12-day itinerary from Taipei to Tokyo.
Oceania Cruises Chief Luxury Officer Jason Montague said the segments were intended to give guests the opportunity to experience selected portions of the 180-day itinerary while travelling aboard a ship designed around spacious accommodation, personalized service and a residential atmosphere.
During the complete world voyage, Oceania Aurelia will make overnight calls in destinations including Papeete, Bora Bora, Sydney, Bali, Tokyo, Bangkok and Mumbai. Guests will have access to a range of small-group shore excursions focused on local culture, cuisine and heritage, while nearly 100 UNESCO World Heritage sites will be accessible during the full itinerary.
The 2028 programme includes several individual segments. Two Oceans Odyssey will sail for 17 days from Miami to Los Angeles, departing January 19th. The itinerary will transit the Panama Canal and visit ports along the coasts of Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Nicaragua and Mexico before reaching Los Angeles.
South Pacific Serenade will operate for 19 days from Papeete to Sydney, departing February 23rd. The itinerary includes Bora Bora, Pago Pago, Vava'u, Lautoka, Port Vila and Noumea before concluding in Sydney.
Isles of the Orient will sail for 14 days from Bali to Taipei from March 27th. Calls include Jakarta, Singapore, Puerto Princesa, Coron, Manila, Salomague and Hualien, covering destinations across Southeast Asia and Taiwan.
Pearls of East Asia will operate for 12 days from Taipei to Tokyo from April 10th, with calls in Busan, Kagoshima, Nagasaki, Kochi and Osaka. The itinerary combines destinations in South Korea and Japan before arriving in Tokyo.
Treasures of Southeast Asia will sail for 12 days from Hong Kong to Bangkok from May 2nd, visiting Hanoi and Ha Long Bay, Ho Chi Minh City, Sihanoukville and Ko Kood before reaching Bangkok. The itinerary covers Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand.
Timeless Mediterranean will operate for 14 days from Istanbul to Barcelona, departing June 20th. The itinerary includes Athens, Katakolon, Messina, Salerno, Rome, Florence and Pisa, Livorno, Nice, Saint-Tropez, Sète and Palamos before concluding in Barcelona.
