A lifeboat from Royal Caribbean Cruises ship fell off while docked in Charleston harbor.
The Coast Guard was informed at about 1 pm on Monday afternoon and was working with the crew of the ship, Grandeur of the Seas, on pollution response and to make sure there was enough safety gear onboard.
No injuries have been reported. There is an ongoing investigation.
