CroisiEurope Adds 4th Ship on Rhone River

CroisiEurope is adding a 4th ship to its fleet on Rhone River in 2019, with further details on the new ship to be announced during the coming weeks.

The cruise line will offer 3 itineraries of 6-, 7- and 8-days in length on Rhone River in France next year. The 7-day program will be brand new, while the 6- and 8-day voyages will be existing itineraries with dates of departure that will use the new vessel.

CroisiEurope currently operates 3 ships on Rhone: ms Camargue, ms Mistral and ms Van Gogh. MS Camargue underwent a major renovation in 2015 which added brighter design palette and more cabin space, while MS Van Gogh was totally refurbished in 2018.

Earlier in 2018, CroisiEurope launched the remodelled ms Renoir on Seine River, to serve itineraries between Honfleur and Paris, and newbuild ms Elbe Princesse II on Elbe and Vltava Rivers between Prague and Berlin. In 2019, the cruise line will add another newbuild, ms Amalia Rodrigues, on Douro River, bringing its fleet in the area to 6.

Outside of Europe, this year the company added a newly remodelled Southern Africa water & land program onboard rv African Dream along Lake Kariba.
