National Geographic and Scenic Cruises teamed up to launch the brand new line of National Geographic River Cruises.
The itineraries combine Scenic Cruises all-inclusive luxury river experience with the legacy of science, exploration and conservation of National Geographic to create exciting experiences along the waterways of South East Asia and Europe.
Aboard each Scenic Cruises expedition, an expert by National Geographic will join passengers to share their insights and knowledge, as well as enrich the experience via informal discussions and presentations. A National Geographic photographer, offering photography tips on artistry and technique, will also join European river itineraries.
The partnership between National Geographic and Scenic will offer a wealth of itineraries through Europe: on the Danube, Main, Moselle and Rhine Rivers; in Belgium and Holland; through Bordeaux region in France; Portugal’s Douro Valley; Irrawaddy River in Myanmar.
