Montreal Welcomes More Than 100,000 Passengers in 2018

During 2018 cruise season, Port Montreal welcomed a total of 101,504 domestic and international passengers, surpassing the 100,000-guest mark for the first time, which is 10% more than last year.

Meanwhile, 25383 crew members visited Montreal, up 11.8% from 22,888 last year. In total, 127087 cruise passengers and crew members were welcomed in Montreal in 2018, for an overall improvement of 11%.

Highlights of the season include the inaugural sailing of ms Victory II on July 27. A celebration was allso featured as Port of Montreal welcomed the 80,000th passenger of AIDA Cruises in Montreal, the inaugural visits of AIDAvita, Star Pride and Silver Spirit.

In total, 25 cruise ships of 18 cruise lines called at port of Montreal this year.
