India's premier domestic and international cruise company, Subhash Chandra’s Essel Group-promoted Zen Cruises launched its first brand, Jalesh Cruises.
Jalesh Cruises is a multi-destination cruise line aiming to offer the best adventure activities, exotic authentic cuisines, and entertainment shows, packed with international hospitality. The first cruise ship under the brand (Karnika / former Pacific Jewel) is homeported in Mumbai, starting service in April, following the traditional christening ceremony of the 2,000-passenger liner.
Jalesh (translated as ‘Lord of Water’) offers a rich experience of Indian food, culture, and hospitality to both international and domestic travellers. With multiple onboard offerings, the line will be targeting corporates, wedding planners, event organizers, and vacationers, to offer brand new experiences specially customized for Indians audience.
The company also provides rooms and facilities designed for differently-abled and elderly passengers on its cruise ships.
Jalesh Cruises will offer onshore Destinations & Excursions across Indian ports such as Kochi, Chennai, Vizag, Mormugao, Mumbai, and international locations like Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Colombo, Muscat, Ras Al Khaimah, Singapore, and Penang.
The company has already initiated bookings for its 2019 itineraries.
