New for 2021 is a 7-night, Star Clippers’ tall ship sailing from Cannes to Rome onboard the flagship Royal Clipper, coinciding with the Cannes Film Festival and Monaco Grand Prix, where the vessel will be one of the most magnificent anchored in the Bay of Monaco.

The voyage, which departs on May 22, 2021, is scheduled to embark in Cannes on the penultimate day of the most prestigious film event in the world, Cannes Film Festival. The port city is expected to be a hive of Hollywood A-listers, super-yachts, and decadent parties, with the Royal Clipper ship turning heads as she sails the same evening from Cannes to Monaco.

On May 23 (Sunday) the 5-masted, full-rigged Royal Clipper is due to spend the day anchored in the Bay of Monaco. From there, passengers can take in the finals of the popular Monaco Grand Prix.

The sailing continues to Elba and Corsica, prior to dropping anchor in Porto Cervo on Costa Smeralda, Sardinia - the summer home of the jet-set elite and one of the world’s most luxurious destinations.

After 7 days’ savouring some of the most elite locations in the Mediterranean, the largest full-rigged clipper in the world will arrive in the port of Rome from where travellers can disembark and spend time in one of the most iconic cities in the world.
