The ultra-luxury travel brand Seabourn Cruises extended its “Book with Confidence” policy through January 31, 2021. The new policy provides travellers with more flexibility, assurance, and options to cancel bookings up to 30 days before departure on any new bookings as well as to receive an FCC (future cruise credit).
For bookings made by January 31, 2021, on voyages departing by December 31, 2021, passengers may cancel up to 30 days before departure and receive a 100% FCC "equal to the amount of the non-refundable portion of cancellation fees based on payment already received." The FCC issued using “Book with Confidence” is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. It may then be used to book cruises departing through December 31, 2022.
The new policy also includes a “Best Fare Guarantee” benefit which is ensuring passengers can have peace of mind that they can request the lowest publicly available cruise fare offered in the event fares are lowered on Seabourn's official website following booking.
