Bookings opened for the inaugural 2023 & 2024 schedule of CCL-Carnival Cruise Line's ship Carnival Jubilee from Port Galveston (Texas USA).

CCL's President Christine Duffy said that since it was National Plan for Vacation Day, it was the perfect time to open Carnival Jubilee for sale and give their guests "another incredible choice for their cruise vacation with the opportunity to visit some of the most beautiful ports in the Western Caribbean."

Carnival Jubilee is CCL's third (newest and largest) liner of the XL-Class, with sisterships Mardi Gras (2021) and Celebration (2022). All the three units in this series are from the German shipbuilder Meyer Werft (shipyard Turku Finland). As with all other "Fun Ships", the shipowner is Carnival Corporation - the world's largest passenger shipping company.

Carnival Jubilee will offer 7-day Western Caribbean roundtrips from Galveston (starting with the Maiden Voyage on November 18, 2023), with call ports in Quintana Roo Mexico (Cozumel and Costa) and Honduras (Roatan Island's Mahogany Bay).
