DCL-Disney Cruise Line adds Pixar Day at Sea on select Disney Fantasy 2023 sailings

DCL-Disney Cruise Line passengers will be immersed in the stories of their favorite heroes during the new Pixar Day at Sea onboard special sailings aboard Disney Fantasy in early 2023.

The day-long celebration on select 7-night cruises will bring to life the Pixar tales exclusively for DCL guests. Character encounters, dance parties, a theatrical musical experience, and themed dining await families on the fun-filled day at sea culminating with a deck party.

A Pixar film festival, photo opportunities, and exclusive merchandise will also be available. Other details include:

Character Encounters: guests will play, interact, and dance with their favourite Pixar pals from “Toy Story”, “Monsters, Inc.”, “Inside Out”, “Up”, and “The Incredibles.”

Immersive Entertainment: new spectacular calls upon guests to help the Incredibles save the day; first-of-its-kind theatrical experience brings to life the story of Miguel from “Coco” through puppetry and live music; families are able to join their favourite characters from the Pixar films for a dance party bash.

Dining Filled with Character: interactive character dining experience which is hosted by Sheriff Woody, Jesse and Bullseye kick-start the day with cowboy serenades, sing-a-longs, and all the country breakfast fixings. Families can enjoy a Pixar-themed dinner and immerse themselves in undersea magic while eating in Animator’s Palate with visits from “Finding Nemo” characters, including interactive conversations with Crush.

"Pixar Day at Sea" is included on 9 “Disney Fantasy” voyages, scheduled between January and March 2023.

Departing from Port Canaveral-Orlando (Florida USA), Disney Fantasy will sail to guest-favorite destinations in the eastern & western Caribbean. Eastern Caribbean itineraries include calls in Tortola Island BVI (Road Town, UK Virgin Islands), St Thomas Island USVI (Charlotte Amalie, US Virgin Islands), and San Juan (Puerto Rico), while western Caribbean sailings call in Cozumel (Quintana Roo Mexico, Riviera Maya), George Town (Grand Cayman Island), and Falmouth (Jamaica). Every voyage includes a visit to Disney’s private Bahamian island Castaway Cay.
