American Countess cabins review
AQSC's American Countess riverboat features a total of 123 staterooms. Most cabins include step-out balconies, with the exception of the 43 Interior cabins. Each veranda is furnished with two wicker chairs and one cocktail table.
All cabins come equipped with standard amenities, including individually controlled air conditioning, a smart HDTV with satellite reception, a dark wood wardrobe, dressers with ample drawer space, a mini-bar (fridge), an electronic safe (located in the closet), a direct-dial phone, an alarm clock, a Keurig tea/coffee brewer, and a pair of binoculars for in-cabin use. Bathrooms feature luxury toiletries by Clarins, terry robes, and a hairdryer. Cabins also offer plenty of electrical outlets and lighting.
Mirroring the ship’s public areas, the staterooms are adorned with Victorian-style antiques and reproductions. Decorative elements include polished wood finishes, Victorian-era wallpaper patterns, and framed paintings. Beds are designed for comfort, featuring luxury bedding and ample under-bed storage.
Wheelchair-accessible cabins are available for guests with disabilities. The ship does not offer connecting or family cabins.
