Each stateroom includes a private, full-size bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and Judith Jackson premium bath amenities (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, moisturizer, mouthwash, facial bar, bath soaps, and a vanity kit). Additional in-room amenities include an LCD TV (with local and satellite reception), DVD player, phone (for onboard communication only), coffee maker, digital clock/alarm, a seating area (small table with one or two swivel chairs), and a mirrored vanity/writing desk.

The vessel does not offer Suite-category staterooms. Window cabins are fitted with slide-opening picture windows. Balcony cabins feature slide-opening glass doors that lead to a private veranda, each furnished with a small table and two chairs.

Complimentary amenities include shipwide Wi-Fi Internet access and several onboard Internet computers. Guests also enjoy free alcoholic beverages (beer and wine during lunch and dinner), unlimited non-alcoholic drinks (soda, water, juices, coffee, tea), snacks, and room service. American Cruise Lines fares do not include gratuities, shore excursions/tours, or port fees.

American Glory offers one wheelchair-accessible stateroom (for disabled guests) in category AAL, located midship on Deck 2 (Lounge Deck), conveniently close to the elevator.
