Arosa Brava cabins review
Most A-ROSA Brava cabins (69%) feature a French Balcony. Also known as a "Juliet Balcony," these staterooms have two floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open inward to a railing. All cabins on the ship are outside-facing, though no Suites are available. The ship offers a total of four cabin categories, with a maximum occupancy of three guests per stateroom.
The most affordable cabins are located on Deck One (Lower Deck). These come with two twin beds and a third single Pullman bed mounted on the wall. While Pullman beds are uncommon on river cruise ships, they are ideal for small families traveling with children.
Below is a review of A-ROSA Brava staterooms, including furnishings, amenities included in the fare, and complimentary services:
- Hotel-style twin beds (convertible to queen-size, 200 x 160 cm) with luxury bedding, bedside tables with lamps, ample closet and under-bed storage, individual climate control, and 220V/110V outlets. Outside cabins offer two separated single beds plus an additional Pullman bed. One of the two main beds can be folded into a sitting area during the day.
- All staterooms feature a full bathroom with a WC and glass-door shower, hairdryer, premium bath products (bathrobes available on request), a small seating area, writing desk/vanity with chair, in-room phone (shipboard use only), safe, and complimentary bottled water replenished daily.
- HD flat-screen TV with local and satellite channels, along with complimentary Internet and Wi-Fi (WLAN with shipwide coverage).
- The open bar onboard A-ROSA Brava provides complimentary alcoholic beverages (wine, sparkling wine, beer, spirits, cocktails) and soft drinks at all times—not just during meals.
- All staterooms, regardless of category, include a Welcome Aboard gift package: a bottle of champagne, a basket of fresh fruits, and a rose in a vase.
- Complimentary bicycles are available for use during shore excursions and land tours, along with free laundry service.
- Complimentary shore excursions include guided walking and biking tours, led by professional local guides.
- French Balcony cabins in categories C and D feature a sliding glass door that opens to a railing—commonly referred to as a Juliet or false balcony.
- The Riverview window cabin categories A and S are Outside Double staterooms, each with two non-opening, round porthole windows located high on the river-facing wall.
- A-ROSA river cruise packages also include air and land transfers, as well as all taxes, tips, and gratuities.
