Arosa Sena cabins review
Most Arosa Sena cabins are double-occupancy staterooms with outdoor balconies. There are four cabin categories, with a maximum capacity of five guests per cabin. The ship has a total of 140 staterooms, including 7 Suites (category F-Balkonsuite). The Balkonsuites feature a "twin balcony" design that combines a French Balcony with a step-out veranda, allowing for all-weather use. The most affordable cabins are located on Lower Deck 1 (Deck 1) in category G (Familienkabine). These family cabins have a large non-opening porthole window, a Queen bed (non-convertible), and three additional beds (a sofabed and lower-upper bunks) to accommodate a third, fourth, and fifth passenger (children). Family cabin bathrooms are equipped with dual sinks.
All A-Rosa Sena staterooms feature hotel-style twin beds (convertible to a Queen, 200 x 160 cm) with luxury bedding, wool blankets, bedside cabinets, and wall-mounted reading lamps. Additional in-room amenities include ample closet and under-bed storage, power outlets (220V / 110V), USB charging ports, a full en-suite bathroom (with WC, glass-door shower, lighted mirror, hairdryer, premium bath products, bathrobes, and slippers), a small seating area (2-seater couch/loveseat, round coffee table, mirrored sliding wardrobe), writing desk with puff chair, phone (for onboard calls), electronic safe (in the closet), and complimentary bottled water (replenished daily). Each cabin also includes a smart HDTV with infotainment system, satellite reception, complimentary Internet, and shipwide Wi-Fi/WLAN coverage, as well as individually controlled air conditioning.
All staterooms on Decks 2 and 3 belong to the Balkonkabine categories C and D. These cabins are equally sized (21 m²) and feature wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows. A sliding glass door from the lounge area leads to a step-out veranda furnished with two padded deck chairs and a low table.
The largest accommodations on the Arosa Sena are the category G Family cabins (28 m², on Deck 1), followed by the category F Balcony Suites (26 m², on Decks 2 and 4). The Suites have two sets of floor-to-ceiling glass doors—one opening to a French Balcony from the bedroom, and another to a step-out balcony from the living room. Each Suite features a walk-in closet (two wardrobes), a larger bathroom with natural light, double-sink vanity, separate WC and shower (no bathtub), a 2-seater sofa, and balcony furniture (two armchairs and a low table). Suite passengers enjoy additional perks such as priority boarding and check-in, a personal welcome aboard (from 12:00 noon), cocktail reception with the ship's Hotel Manager, dedicated butler service, complimentary minibar, fresh flowers and fruits, free laundry and ironing services, and complimentary room service.
All Arosa Sena staterooms, regardless of category, include Welcome Aboard gifts upon embarkation: a bottle of champagne, a basket of fresh fruits, and a rose in a vase.
