AIDAcosma deck plans

AIDAcosma (2021-built) is the second of AIDA's two newest ships from the Helios class, with sistership AIDAnova (2018). The shipowner is Costa Cruises (a Carnival Corporation-owned company), while the vessel is operated by the German company AIDA Cruises.

AIDAcosma cruise ship deck plans show 2600 staterooms for 5400 passengers at double occupancy (6600 max capacity) in 21 cabin categories (including single studios and family cabins). The ship has 20 decks (17 passenger-accessible, 11 with cabins), 17 dining venues (restaurants and food bars), 23 lounges and bars, and 22 elevators.

In addition to the AIDAcosma's staff and crew (1500), guests are assisted by Pepper robots—advanced humanoid robots implemented fleetwide in 2016. These mobile robots greet and guide passengers during embarkation and throughout the voyage. They provide information and tips on dining, entertainment, enrichment programs (workshops, scheduled events), casino and shopping promotions, as well as shore excursions and tours. Pepper robots communicate in English, German, and Italian and can interpret human emotions by analyzing tone of voice and facial expressions.
