Tiana's Place is a dinner-only main dining room drawing inspiration from Disney's "The Princess and the Frog." '20s-styled Tiana welcomes guests and acts as hostess. The 3-piece band plays Disney songs in a jazz-club style. A parade (Second Line in New Orleans) starts up during the main course, and everyone joins in. Meals are 2-hour affairs, featuring authentic Cajun flavors: pickled Gulf shrimp, boudin sausage, Creole-style half chicken, Cajun-spiced sea bass on shrimp jambalaya. New Orleans-themed cocktails and rum-tastings are offered.
