Wind Spirit deck plans

msy Wind Spirit (1988-built, last refurbished in 2018, with scheduled refurbishments in April 2026 and March 2027) is the second-oldest of the three Windstar cruise yachts, together with Wind Star and Wind Surf. These three vessels are uniquely designed as modern tall-sailing ships with combined propulsion from diesel engines and a computerized system that controls the sails mounted on the masts.

Wind Spirit cruise ship deck plan shows a total of 74 staterooms for 148 passengers (maximum capacity 163), served by 84 crew/staff. The boat has five decks (all passenger-accessible, two with cabins), two restaurants, three lounges and bars, one swimming pool, one Jacuzzi (outdoor whirlpool hot tub), watersports Marina, Infirmary (medical facility with a doctor/physician), and no elevators.

Windstar Wind Spirit is a tall sailing cruise yacht operated with all-inclusive deals. The list of complimentary amenities and services onboard includes:

• Complimentary Wi-Fi (Internet packages can be purchased at the ship’s reception).
• Complimentary 24-hour room service, twice-a-day housekeeping, and complimentary laundry/ironing
• All meals in all onboard dining venues at all times, including in-room dining service
• All non-alcoholic drinks, including soda, juices, bottled water, tea, specialty coffees, and cappuccino. Alcohol is not included in Windstar fares.
• Welcome Aboard cocktails
• Complimentary watersports and fitness equipment, as well as onboard entertainment, including Wind Spirit itinerary-related lectures and media presentations.

There are no daily scheduled activities, formal nights, or theme nights on this ship. Special events and onboard parties can be arranged by the Wind Spirit Cruise Director.

Windstar shore excursions are not included in cruise fares, but booked excursions/tours can be changed or canceled without charge up to 24 hours before the tour date.

In each port, a complimentary “Market Tour” is offered, during which guests can join Wind Spirit’s Executive Chef on his port shopping trip to local markets.
