AIDAmar ship sets off from Hamburg (Germany) on her first World Cruise

AIDA Cruises' ship AIDAmar set sail from Hamburg (Germany) on her first world cruise last night, October 26, at 8 pm.

With a spectacular turning maneuver in front of Hamburg’s Elbphilharmonie, Capt. Felix Rothe gave the passengers and crew members onboard a special start to the 117-day journey.

Vacationers can look forward to dream destinations like Ushuaia (Chile), Buenos Aires (Argentina), Rio de Janeiro (Brazil).

The journey continues westwards visiting Tahiti, Bora Bora, Tonga, Fiji, Vanuatu, New Caledonia, and Australia to Mauritius. Passengers welcome the New Year against the backdrop of Sydney (NSW Australia). Via South Africa, Namibia, Tenerife, and Madeira, they return to Hamburg via Lisbon (Portugal), where the voyage ends on February 20, 2023.
