Aroya Cruises launches Mediterranean campaign featuring Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodríguez

Cruise Saudi's brand Aroya Cruises has initiated its inaugural Mediterranean marketing campaign featuring footballer Cristiano Ronaldo and model Georgina Rodríguez.

The digital campaign debuted on April 10, 2025, across the couple's Instagram accounts, coinciding with Aroya's upcoming Mediterranean season set to commence in June 2025.

In the promotional video, Rodríguez is depicted selecting Aroya Cruises on her mobile device, leading to a transformation of their home environment into a cruise ship setting, complete with branded elements and ocean views. The scene concludes with the couple stepping onto a balcony and stating "Yalla," aligning with Aroya's brand tagline.

Aroya, the first Arabian cruise line, is scheduled to begin 7-night voyages from Galataport Istanbul starting June 21st. The roundtrip itineraries will include ports in Turkey and Greece, such as Bodrum, Marmaris, Kas, Kusadası, Athens, Mykonos, and Crete/Souda.

The vessel, originally constructed as "World Dream" for Star Cruises and later operated by GHK's Dream Cruises, was acquired by Cruise Saudi in 2023. After a major refurbishment, she was rebranded as Aroya and commenced operations in the Red Sea in December 2024.

This campaign represents Aroya's strategic initiative to enhance its presence in the Mediterranean market and promote Arabian-inspired cruising experiences to a broader international audience.
