Mano Cruises has officially commenced its 2025 season in the Eastern Mediterranean with the Crown Iris.

After completing its winter layup, the 1500-passenger vessel resumed operations on March 27, 2025, departing from homeport Haifa (Israel).

The initial voyage featured a 3-night itinerary to Cyprus, including an overnight call at Limassol. Throughout the season, Crown Iris will operate a range of 2- to 4-night cruises, offering passengers the opportunity to visit key destinations in Cyprus and Greece. Scheduled ports of call include Larnaca, Rhodes, Heraklion, and Piraeus, as well as additional ports such as Agios Nikolaos, Santorini, Thessaloniki, Patmos, Volos, and Mykonos.

In addition to short regional cruises, the vessel will undertake longer voyages across the Mediterranean. Following its initial series of itineraries, Crown Iris departed Haifa on April 20, 2025, for a 12-night cruise through the Central Mediterranean, with scheduled visits to Heraklion, Chania, Valletta, Catania, Palermo, Civitavecchia, and Naples, before returning to Israel in early May.

The 2025 program also introduces a new Black Sea itinerary scheduled for late October. The 11-night cruise will include calls at ports in Greece, Bulgaria, and Romania, namely Syros, Varna, Constanza, and Burgas, offering passengers access to less-frequented yet culturally significant destinations.

Crown Iris is expected to operate through late December 2025, providing a range of itineraries showcasing the Mediterranean’s diverse coastal offerings. Originally delivered as Royal Majesty for Majesty Cruise Line, Crown Iris has undergone multiple upgrades, including a major lengthening project in 1999 that added 33 meters to the vessel, expanding its stateroom capacity and public spaces. The vessel has previously sailed under several operators, including NCL-Norwegian Cruise Line, Louis Cruises, Celestyal Cruises, and Thomson Cruises.

Through its 2025 program, Mano Cruises continues to offer varied and comprehensive itineraries across the Eastern Mediterranean aboard the extensively refurbished Crown Iris.
