Star Cruises has confirmed that Star Voyager will resume operations in Southeast Asia from November 20th, 2025 through February 5th, 2026, offering a short-cruise programme timed to coincide with the holiday season and regional school breaks. The ship will operate from homeports in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur (via Port Klang), embarking on a sequence of 3- and 4-night itineraries to Penang, Phuket, Pulau Bintan and other regional destinations.

Departures from Singapore will begin on November 20th, 2025, with weekend getaways to Penang from Thursdays and 4-night sailings to Phuket and Penang from Sundays. After mid-December, itineraries will be extended to include cruises to Kuala Lumpur (Port Klang) and Phuket, as well as Pulau Bintan, with sailings both from Singapore and Port Klang.

The deployment will be bookended by repositioning voyages. One will depart from Hong Kong on November 16th, 2025, calling at Nha Trang, Vietnam, before arriving in Singapore on November 20th to begin regular operations. The other voyage will depart Singapore on February 8th, 2026, call at Ho Chi Minh City and Nha Trang, and return to Hong Kong’s Ocean Terminal on February 13th, 2026, aligning with Lunar New Year calendar considerations.

Embarkation options will include the Singapore Cruise Centre (linked to VivoCity Mall and HarbourFront mass transit) or Port Klang Cruise Terminal, enabling flexibility for guests in Singapore and Malaysia. Itineraries will highlight destinations such as Singapore’s cityscape, Penang’s George Town historic quarter, Phuket’s beaches and markets, Pulau Bintan’s natural resort settings, and Malaysia’s cultural mix in Kuala Lumpur.
