MSC Cruises has opened reservations for its winter 2027-2028 sailings covering routes in northern Europe and the Mediterranean. To incentivise early reservations through April 13th, 2026, the company is making available discounted beverage packages as part of the booking offer.
The schedule for northern Europe includes departures from the United Kingdom’s port of Southampton aboard the 4,345-passenger MSC Preziosa, with port calls planned at destinations including Hamburg, Zeebrugge, Rotterdam and Le Havre. Fares for cabin-only arrangements on a 7-night round trip with a departure on November 24th, 2027 were reported to begin at GBP 469 per person.
In the Mediterranean, the winter roster comprises departures from ports such as Barcelona, Valencia, Genoa and Bari. Vessels assigned to this region include MSC World Asia, which is set to enter service later in the year, as well as MSC Euribia, MSC Seaview, MSC Lirica, MSC Magnifica and MSC Orchestra. An example itinerary begins with a 7-night cruise on MSC Lirica, priced from GBP 574 per person for a departure on January 16th, 2028 from Valencia, with scheduled calls at Barcelona, Marseille, Genoa, Livorno and Civitavecchia, the latter serving as the port for Rome.
According to the company’s international sales vice president, Antonio Paradiso, the sales opening covers both the northern Europe and Mediterranean programmes. He indicated that the range of routes is intended to meet varied preferences and noted that the fleet’s offerings encompass entertainment and dining options across different vessel types. He also said that the temporary reduction in drinks package pricing was introduced for bookings made by the April 13th, 2026 deadline. In addition, he emphasised the role of travel agents in promoting the sailings and stated the company’s continued support for their efforts in presenting the itineraries to prospective passengers.
