Following the recent announcement of plans for a US$40 million refurbishment of Queen Victoria, Cunard Line reveals behind the scenes timelapse video of the aft lido sun deck being lifted into place at Fincantieri Shipyard (Palermo, Italy). The exquisite extended lounge is only one of the highlights among the new and refreshed features.
Cunard's Queen Victoria ship was taken out of service on May 5, 2017 and is scheduled to be completed on June 4. The newly refurbished vessel will then return to Southampton prior to embarking on her maiden 4-night cruise, via Amsterdam and Bruges.
