Pulau Pinang Ferry Grounded in Penang

   November 6, 2017 ,   Accidents

A 440-ton ferry has been wedged on a concrete dock on Sunday, November 5, after massive waves were caused by strong winds in Penang.

One end of the ferry ship has been cast onto dock since 2:00 a.m. in the morning. The Pulau Pinang ferry was docked at midnight when service stopped for the night. It rolled in the waves and was pushed up to the dock.

The tide is expected to be high enough to float the ferry back to sea.
