Cunard flagship, Queen Mary 2, will set sail for New York Fashion Week in September, joined by University of Westminster undergraduates who are due to become the world's first to showcase their collection on the London Fashion Week schedule.
The undergraduates from University's Fashion Design BA Honours course debuted their Autumn Winter 2018-2019 designs at London Fashion Week on February 16, 2018 before showing the collections onboard Queen Mary 2 between September 2-9, 2018.
The University of Westminster is popular for producing some of the most talented fashion professionals in the business. Cunard's 3rd Annual Transatlantic Fashion Week will also play host to an array of leading authorities during the fashion voyage.
Ensuring passengers are taken on a transatlantic cruise through fashion history, fashion historian and friend to some of the best known names in fashion, Virginia Bates, will be presenting a new vintage collection in the spectacular setting.
Joining Virginia Bates onboard Queen Mary 2 to New York City will be world renowned photographer Richard Young.
