Star Cruises announced the highly-anticipated relocation of SuperStar Virgo to North China market where, during the 3 months starting this September, she will start homeporting in Dalian, Qingdao and Tianjin.

With the expansion to North China, the cruise line will further expand its footprint by covering China’s 3 main cruise markets in the East, South and North in 2018 after earlier deployments by SuperStar Gemini in Xiamen, Sanya and Haikou; SuperStar Aquarius in Qingdao; and SuperStar Virgo in Shanghai.

As a prelude to Virgo’s homeport, Aquarius was deployed in Qingdao early summer 2018 and the positive market response reinforced the confidence of Star Cruises in SuperStar Virgo’s itineraries out of Dalian (starting September 9), Tianjin (September 30) and Qingdao (November 3).

The specially designed 4-night itineraries of SuperStar Virgo from Dalian in September will visit Nagasaki, Kitakyushu and Fukuoka. 4- and 5-night itineraries from Tianjin in September and October will call at Kagoshima, Beppu, Nagasaki and Fukuoka. Itineraries from Qingdao will visit Kagoshima, Fukuoka and Nagasaki.
