Star Wars Day at Sea Is Back in 2021

Star Wars Day at Sea returns to Disney Cruise Line in 2021. The special day-long celebration boasts with unique character encounters, live shows, and themed activities.

Star Wars Day at Sea takes place on 7-night Disney Fantasy Caribbean voyages from January through March.

With over a dozen of the most heroic characters, vacationers can meet with the best of Resistance including C-3PO, R2-D2, and Chewbacca; come face-to-face with Darth Vader; be on watch as Bounty Hunters, Jawas, and Stormtroopers roam the ship.

Force-sensitive kids learn the ways of the Jedi and can use their new-found skills in a face-off against Kylo Ren and Darth Vader in Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple. The family can celebrate the greatest moments from the galaxy with “Summon the Force” deck party, complete with a fireworks display of galactic proportions.

The Star Wars Drawing Academy, a ship-wide Porg-themed adventure, costume celebrations, trivia sessions, and movie screenings are more of the ways families can feel the Force on the event. Unique food and beverage, as well as special merchandise, are also available.

With journeys to the Eastern and Western Caribbean, passengers can celebrate their love of the saga and enjoy tropical destinations, paired with classic Disney magic and entertainment. All Star Wars Day at Sea trips make a stop in Disney’s private island in the Bahamas, Castaway Cay, reserved exclusively for Disney guests.

Star Wars Day at Sea is offered on 9 Disney Fantasy 7-night Caribbean sailings from Port Canaveral FL:

  • Departing January 2, 16 & 30, February 13 & 27, the Western Caribbean itinerary features Cozumel, George Town, Falmouth, and Castaway Cay.
  • Departing January 9 & 23 and February 20, the Eastern Caribbean itinerary features Tortola, St Thomas USVI, and Castaway Cay.
  • Departing February 6, the Eastern Caribbean itinerary features Saint Maarten, St Thomas, and Castaway Cay.
