Celebrity resumes Galapagos Islands cruises on July 4

Celebrity Cruises announced its plans to resume sailings in the Galapagos Islands this summer on 3 expedition ships.

The 100-guest newbuild megayacht Celebrity Flora is scheduled to resume cruises on July 4, followed by the 48-passenger Celebrity Xpedition on July 24 and the 16-guest Celebrity Xploration on September 18.

All Celebrity Galapagos ships will cruise with an all-vaccinated crew and will be available to vaccinated adult passengers and kids under the age of 18 with a negative PCR test result. All guests should comply with local requirements in order to enter Ecuador and the Galapagos.

For a limited time, Celebrity is also including airfare in its 10- to 16-night Galapagos cruise vacation packages, which includes the 7-night sailing, all-inclusive land accommodations, and activities (valid for roundtrip economy/business-class airfares departing from the United States or Canada for sail dates between July 3, 2021-December 31, 2023. Flights have to be booked via Flights by Celebrity by June 30.

Celebrity Flora is a luxury megayacht specially built to navigate the waters of the Galapagos. The vessel boasts natural materials and the latest environmental technologies. Certified Galapagos National Park naturalists are onboard to guide the trip.

Celebrity Xpedition and Celebrity Xploration are expected to explore the Galapagos with Northern & Southern Loop itineraries.
