Bom Bom Island (officially Ilheu Bom Bom / aka Ilheu Bombom) is a small island in the Gulf of Guinea. The island is part of Sao Tome and Principe and has population under 20 people.
- Bom Bom Island is located north of the coast of Principe Island - one of the main isles of Sao Tome and Principe (an autonomous Portuguese-speaking island nation).
- Bom Bom is almost entirely forested and is the country's northernmost point. The island includes a couple of tourist resorts.
- Since 2012, Bom Bom Island is part of UNESCO's Island of Principe Biosphere Reserve (aka Principe Biosphere Reserve) which encompasses the surrounding islands. The island is renowned for its good fishing opportunities. Barracuda, dorado, wahoo and cubera snappper are just a few of the varieties of fish here. Many tourists enjoy the local fishing tours on privately-chartered boats.
