Dzaoudzi is a port town on Petite-Terre Island and part of Mayotte (French overseas territories) in Indian Ocean. The town has population around 15,000, and was the capital city of Mayotte until 1977, when the capital was moved to Mamoudzou (on Grande-Terre Island - country's main island).
Regularly scheduled ferry service for tourists connects Grande-Terre and Petite Terre. Mayotte is served by the Dzaoudzi Pamandzi Airport (International flights) located in Pamandzi.
