  • Weights & Measures Gym (Fitness Room with hi-tech equipment, separate exercise studio, resident instructor, complimentary fitness classes/Pilates-Yoga at surcharge; open 8am-8pm; min age requirement 16 yo). Technogym equipment includes 8 treadmills, 4 exercise bikes, 3 rowing machines, 2 wave machines, 2 cross trainers, 2 Dream bikes, 1 stepper, 1 lat pull down, 1 shoulder press, 1 bench, arm curl, leg curl and leg extension, chest press. A complimentary programme of stretching and conditioning classes like Tai Chi, Walk for Wellbeing and Fab Abs is also offered. There is a nominal fee of GBP7 for Pilates and Yoga. A 60-minute personal training program costs GBP47 (3 for GBP131).
