CCL-Carnival Cruise Line is gearing up to unveil details about Celebration Key Bahamas, CCL's exclusive resort destination. Currently under development, Celebration Key will be approx 32 km/20 mi to the east of Port Lucaya Freeport.

CCL customers now have the opportunity to register to receive advance information about sale dates, special promos and exclusive offers, itineraries, and other updates related to Celebration Key.

Christine Duffy (CCL's President) expressed the significance of involving guests in this journey, emphasizing that Celebration Key is the first cruise port destination tailored specifically for Carnival patrons. The destination, set to open in July 2025, promises to offer a distinct Bahamian experience with an array of features and amenities. These include a mile-long white-sand beach, shore excursions, a wide range of recreational and leisure facilities for families and adults, as well as Bahamian-operated retail and dining options for Carnival guests.

For added convenience and enhanced enjoyment, the adjacent cruise pier will have the capacity to accommodate two of Carnival's Excel-class ships simultaneously. This arrangement will allow guests to seamlessly disembark and access Celebration Key.

In the near future, CCL intends to reveal the initial ships from their fleet that will make early visits to Celebration Key. They will also open bookings for the first itineraries featuring scheduled stops at this exclusive destination.
