In the ongoing rollout of its 2025-2026 deployment, CCL-Carnival Cruise Line has announced that in the fall of 2025, Carnival Legend will join Carnival Dream, Carnival Breeze, and Carnival Jubilee at the Port of Galveston, Texas. The ship will offer a range of 4- to 10-day Western Caribbean sailings. Additionally, Carnival Legend will include two Panama Canal transition voyages in her itineraries.
These Galveston-based cruises aboard Carnival Legend are now available for booking.
Here is an overview of the newly scheduled Carnival Legend cruises starting in October 2025:
Western Caribbean. Starting in the fall of 2025 through early 2026, Carnival Legend will offer a mix of shorter and longer cruises. Among the options is a 5-day itinerary visiting Mexico's Cozumel and Progreso. Cozumel is also included in eight 4-day weekend getaways with various departure dates.
Additionally, seven new 10-day itineraries are available, visiting ports like Georgetown Grand Cayman, Jamaica's Montego Bay and Ocho Rios, Hoduras Roatan's Mahogany Bay, Belize City, and Cozumel, Mexico.
An 8-day Christmas Cruise (scheduled for December 18th, 2025) stops at Mahogany Bay (Roatan), Belize, Costa Maya, and Cozumel.
Carnival Journeys/Panama Canal. Prior to its relocation to Galveston, Carnival Legend will embark on a 16-day Carnival Journeys cruise departing from San Francisco CA on October 6th, 2025. This voyage will visit Cabo San Lucas Mexico and Puntarenas Costa Rica, transit the Panama Canal, and conclude in Galveston, making a stop in Cartagena Colombia along the way. Another 14-day Carnival Journeys cruise, departing from Galveston on February 2nd, 2026, will take passengers to Montego Bay (Jamaica), Aruba, Curacao, Cartagena (Colombia), Colon (Panama Canal), Limon (Costa Rica), and Cozumel, Mexico. Additionally, there are three 10-day Panama Canal cruises departing on October 27th and December 8th, 2025, as well as on March 16th, 2026.
Carnival Legend, accommodating 2,124 guests, offers a variety of signature onboard venues, including Guy's Burger Joint, the BlueIguana Cantina, the RedFrog and Alchemy bars, WaterWorks Aqua Park, and The Punchliner Comedy Club. The ship also provides a range of accommodation options, featuring 50 suites and 630+ balcony staterooms.
