Princess Cruises has unveiled plans for the largest casino in its fleet, set to make its debut aboard the forthcoming 4,300-guest Sun Princess scheduled to set sail in February 2024.

Named The Princess Casino, this expansive facility will surpass its counterparts on Princess' Royal Class ships, offering 50% more space and 30% more gaming machines. Positioned on Deck 8 adjacent to the Piazza, the casino is designed with high ceilings and a roomy floor plan to enhance the overall gaming experience.

Onboard The Princess Casino, passengers can indulge in a diverse selection of entertainment, featuring 200+ of the latest and most popular slots and video poker games. Live table games with progressive jackpots will also be available to cater to the varied preferences of casino enthusiasts.

Princess President John Padgett highlighted the company's commitment to providing an exceptional casino experience, emphasizing the fusion of gaming with world-class dining and entertainment.

The strategic placement of The Princess Casino on Deck 8, within proximity to the Piazza, ensures convenient access for passengers seeking a blend of gaming and social activities.

Providing further details, Princess revealed that The Princess Casino will encompass ~9,000 square feet (~836m2), featuring 10-foot ceilings, 227 slot machines, 13 live tables, and a high-limit slot area. The gaming space is designed to offer optimum comfort with the most comfortable seating, while an interactive audio-visual experience enhances the overall ambiance.

Set to be unveiled in February 2024, Sun Princess is currently undergoing construction at the Fincantieri shipyard in Italy. Beyond its impressive casino, the vessel promises a host of exciting entertainment and culinary offerings, along with a range of luxurious staterooms and suites across various categories.
