Virgin Voyages plans a 4-ship rendezvous in the Caribbean

In February 2027 the adults-only cruise operator Virgin Voyages intends to bring together the entirety of its fleet for the first time in open waters. The gathering, designated “Sisters at Sea,” will see the line’s four vessels—Scarlet Lady, Valiant Lady, Resilient Lady and Brilliant Lady—rendezvous in the Caribbean on February 16th, 2027.

According to the plans outlined for the event, the ships are scheduled to converge approximately 38 nautical miles north of Nuevitas, Cuba, where a coordinated program of celebrations will take place simultaneously across the four vessels. The meeting will bring together more than 15,000 passengers and crew, marking the first occasion on which the complete Virgin Voyages fleet has assembled at sea.

The concept reflects the vision originally set for the brand at the time of its launch. Company founder Richard Branson indicated that the intention had always been to create a fleet of four ships operating as a single community. In remarks accompanying the announcement, he explained that the forthcoming rendezvous represented the realization of that plan and acknowledged the role played by early supporters of the line who had embraced the concept before its full fleet had come into service.

The event has also been positioned as a distinctive occasion within the cruise sector, offering only a single opportunity for travelers to participate. With limited capacity available across the participating voyages, the company expects considerable interest from both passengers and travel advisors.

Several sailings scheduled in mid-February 2027 will converge to form the fleet assembly. One of these is a 5-night itinerary departing Miami on February 15th aboard Scarlet Lady. Another departure, aboard Valiant Lady, leaves San Juan on February 13th for a 7-night voyage. A further 7-night sailing begins from Miami on February 14th aboard Resilient Lady. The longest of the itineraries connected with the gathering is a ten-night voyage departing Miami on February 8th aboard Brilliant Lady.

Each of these voyages will include the mid-Caribbean rendezvous as a shared highlight. During the gathering, coordinated programming is expected to take place simultaneously aboard all four ships, combining live entertainment, synchronized activities and fleet-wide celebrations as the vessels maintain formation at sea.
