Regent Seven Seas Cruises/RSSC has outlined its 2028–2029 Legendary Journeys Collection, presenting three extended Grand Voyages of between 61 and 101 nights, conceived for travellers seeking prolonged passage and sustained engagement with distant coasts. The itineraries extend across Europe, Asia, Australia, and beyond, linking established ports such as Amsterdam and Lisbon with routes reaching Athens, Bali, and Sydney, while maintaining a structure that emphasizes time alongside breadth of navigation.

The programme assigns sailings to Seven Seas Mariner, Seven Seas Explorer, and Seven Seas Splendor, each vessel configured to support long-duration travel while maintaining consistent service standards. A senior executive of the line indicated that the collection had been arranged in recognition of the growing preference among luxury travellers for time at sea as a principal asset, noting that longer port calls and reduced scheduling pressure allow for a more measured engagement with each destination, supported by RSSC's all-inclusive framework.

Each voyage incorporates a sequence of provisions intended to maintain continuity from embarkation to disembarkation, including a pre-cruise hotel stay, coordinated luggage handling, and organized shoreside events. The structure emphasizes uninterrupted passage, with excursions at each port serving as the principal means of inland exploration, while onboard arrangements maintain a consistent standard across dining, provisions, and accommodation.

The collection opens with the 101-night Grand Pathways of Europe, departing Barcelona on May 30th, 2028, and proceeding to Amsterdam. The route traces the western Mediterranean before turning north through the British Isles and into higher latitudes, including Iceland and Greenland, before continuing across Scandinavia and the Baltic approaches. Canal transit and extended port calls, including an overnight stay in Copenhagen, form part of the passage.

A second itinerary, the 101-night Grand Hemispheres Journey, departs Athens on October 21st, 2028, bound for Auckland. The course follows East Africa and the Arabian Sea before entering Asian waters, with scheduled stops including Mumbai and ports across Southeast Asia. The route continues along Australia’s coastline and into the Pacific, incorporating island calls before concluding in New Zealand.

The third voyage, the 61-night Grand Silk Seas Passage, departs Tokyo on November 4th, 2028, and proceeds through East and Southeast Asia to Hong Kong. The route includes extended stays in major regional ports such as Shanghai, Ho Chi Minh City, and Bangkok, with additional time allocated in Bali. The schedule is arranged to coincide with the year-end period, maintaining continuous service through the season.

Reservations for the collection are scheduled to open on April 29th, 2026, with advance registration available prior to that date. The programme, taken as a whole, reflects a continued emphasis on extended navigation, reduced itinerary compression, and a consistent operational model suited to long-range cruising.
